Email Automation

Email communications are a critical part of lead management and conversion.

SlappShell serviceCRM includes a set of pre-built email templates for various lead actions, such as form submissions, consultation scheduling, estimate approvals, and invoicing.

The admin email address will also receive notifications for new leads and important CRM events.

Customizing Email Templates

These email templates are built using React Email and can be found in the /emails/ directory.

You can customize the email content, styling, and structure directly in the template files to better match your brand and messaging.

Emails are sent automatically based on lead actions and CRM events to help you stay engaged with your leads throughout the conversion process.

You can preview the email templates locally by running the development server and accessing the email preview routes but running npm run email:dev.
