Customizing Lead Forms

SlappShell serviceCRM comes with customizable lead capture forms that can be tailored to your specific business needs.

You can modify the existing form templates or create new ones in the /config/form-templates.ts file.

You can also use our interactive configuration wizards at SlappShell.com/configs/servicecrm to generate form templates easily.

Each form template includes fields, validation rules, and submission settings that you can adjust to fit your lead capture strategy.

Once you've set up your form templates, you can assign them to specific services in the /config/services.ts file.

Each lead form is modern, responsive, and optimized for conversions to help you capture more leads effectively.

On the lead details page, you'll be able to see all the information submitted by the lead, along with any UTM parameters and traffic source data for better tracking.
